Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in storekeeping and management.
  • OND qualification in any field

Job Purpose: To manage all stock control issues, and keep track of information in order to keep business supply chains on schedule.

To ensure proper scheduling, record keeping, and inventory control.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensures all goods received are properly documented.
  • Provide a key supporting role to the administration service delivery process by managing an efficient and effective store and supplies of service.
  • Ensure day-to-day management of the stock control system and monitor stock level.
  • Facilitate periodic stock count and prepare stock reports.
    *Ensure stock issues are properly authorized and in accordance with agreed quantities
    Provide support for internal Audit activities in line with the required policies and guidelines.

Knowledge requirement:
Store and stock management
Basic record keeping and statistical calculations.
