Non-Negotiables
• 3 years of hands-on working experience in B2B social media marketing and graphic design (preferably in the SaaS industry)
• MUST HAVE graphic design skills and can create content on platforms such as Figma, Canva, and Adobe.
• Experience in building audiences for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Knowledge of how to create short-form engaging video content.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be well prepared to come up with creative themes, copyright, design content, schedule posts and manage all platforms. You should be growth-driven, aiming for high engagement rates and attracting new followers.
What does the job involve
• Create and manage a content calendar (LinkedIn & YouTube focus).
• Design all graphics for social media and additional marketing content.
• Generate engaging content daily (copy, photos, videos, news, etc.).
• Utilize a social media tech platform to schedule posts and report on analytics.
• Develop strategies around increasing organic and paid post-performance.
• Write engaging short-form copy that drives the consumers’ interest.
• Come up with creative themes and campaigns and be able to design and execute them.
• Monitor and analyze Social Media traffic, revenue, cost, and performance metrics.
• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
• Oversee social media accounts’ layout and branding.
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
• Interact and engage with customers via social platforms
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of hands-on working experience in B2B social media marketing and graphic design (preferably in the SaaS industry)
• MUST HAVE graphic design skills and can create content on platforms such as Figma, Canva, and Adobe.
• Experience in building audiences for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Knowledge of how to create short-form engaging video content.
• Copywriting skills and the ability to capture a brand’s voice on various social media channels.
• Build and optimize paid social ads
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to change tactics with data-driven insights.
• A creative mind that can develop new, exciting content directions for Rwazi.
• Go-getter, self-motivated, and someone who will be hands-on!
• The ability to work autonomously in a remote work environment.
• Bonus points for video-creating & editing skills
